How long does it typically take to finish the course and exam?
On average, the full course and exam take approximately 5 hours to complete. You can pause and resume the course at any time, with your progress automatically saved.
How much time do I have to complete the course and exam?
You’ll have 90 days from the date of registration to complete both the course and the final exam.
I’ve purchased the course but haven’t received my login credentials. What should I do?

I passed the LPEC exam. Why haven’t I received my certificate yet?
Please check your junk or spam folder for an email from either the @accredible.com or @credible.net domain. Certificates are typically delivered within a few hours of passing the exam.
I’ve lost access to my certificate or badge. How can I retrieve my credentials?
You can follow the instructions on this Accredible Help Center page to locate and re-download your certificate or badge.
What happens if I don’t pass the exam on the second attempt?
If you don’t pass on your second attempt, you may purchase an additional attempt to retake the exam.
Are there resources to supplement studying?
Yes. Throughout the courses, you’ll find suggested reading materials to deepen your understanding of key topics. There’s also a dedicated document listing all acronyms used across the modules to help you follow along more easily. In addition, each module includes a downloadable PDF at the beginning, which you can use to review and refresh some information before the final exam.
How is the final exam structured?
The final exam consists of 40 multiple-choice questions. You’ll have 90 minutes to complete it and two attempts to pass. If needed, an additional attempt can be purchased.

Where can I find CEU-eligible activities to maintain my LPEC certification?
If you’re planning to renew your LPEC certification, you’ll need to earn at least 40 Continuing Education Units (CEUs) within two years. These CEUs can be earned through professional development activities such as webinars, workshops, or other approved events.

What happens if I renew my LPEC certification early?
If you’ve already met your CEU requirements, you’re welcome to renew your certification early by completing the full recertification process. However, please note that your new credential dates will be based on the day you complete the entire process — not your previous credential’s expiration date.
